Vinnies Monster Warehouse Sale Day #2

After my super duper amazingly successful day #1 at the sale, I decided to return for another bite of the cherry on day #2. Unfortunately, I think by day #2 everything had already been picked over and so I didn't find very much. I'd strongly recommend going on the first day if you can, if they hold it again that is.

Here is a photo of the outside area of the sale- it was snapped on my phone, through a fence (hence the weird angle) on my way to the car as an afterthought, so I apologise that it doesn't give all that much insight into the venue or quantity of stock.

Despite the goods now being largely uninspiring, of course I managed not to go home empty handed.

Another vintage sheet, $1 + A leather Faigen bag $3.

This jacket is so bright and ugly that I couldn't pass it up. I don't think I'd ever wear it but I seem to have an obsession with the gaudy and unusual... and for $3, it's okay- right?

As usual, linkies with Sophie's Flea Market Finds :) I really need to get around to putting a button on the side of my blog, I will eventually!

  1. I love the bag that you bought and at that price is unbelievable, so nice to be able to buy vintage items that are not crazy overpriced! Your blog is lovely by the way and I am a new follower! Hope you will like my blog and follow back!

  2. Are u planning to re-work that jacket? I can so see it with sleeves rolled up and perhaps nipped in at the waist and worn with denim or a taupey brown or white dress! =D Sigh...if only I knew how to sew, I'd be op-shopping like a madwomen.
